Yields8 ServingsPrep Time20 minsCook Time25 minsTotal Time45 mins

 1 ¼ cups Refined Flour
1 ¼ cups Brown sugar(powdered) or regular sugar
 ½ cup Chocolate chips
 ¼ tsp Baking Soda
 1 pinch Salt
 ¼ cup Butter(melted)
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 ¼ cup Milk
 1 tsp Yogurt(curd)
 ½ tsp Vinegar
1

Preheat your regular oven to 200 degrees C/390 degrees F for about 10 minutes before you bake the cookies. For a Convection microwave oven preheat at 180 degrees C/350 degrees F.

2

In a large bowl take milk, curd, butter, vinegar and vanilla extract. Add sugar and whisk the mixture.
now directly sieve flour, baking soda and a pinch of salt into the wet mixture and add chocolate chips.
Mix everything with a spatula or with your hands.

3

Then gently gather the whole mixture and form a dough. Don't knead the dough,
just mix it properly.
The dough must be slightly sticky. If the dough feels very sticky, then add few tbsp of flour and mix again.
If dry, then add a few tbsp of milk.

4

Make small sized balls of the dough and flatten them a bit. These cookies don't flatten too much while baking.
Spread some oil on your hands while shaping the cookies. Place the cookies in a greased tray.
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 15 to 25 minutes or till the cookies are golden. Keep the tray in the center rack with both the top and bottom heating elements on.

5

Once cooled, serve them. Serve these eggless chocolate chip cookies with milk or coffee.
