Corns are rich with fiber and antioxidants, which helps to get us fit. Masala Corn Curry is healthy dish that you can prepare in very easy way.

Heat oil in a pan or kadai and add cumin seeds. Once it changes color, add asafoetida powder and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well and add chopped green pepper. Sauté for a minute and then add tomato puree.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well and cook this gravy for 7-8 minutes.
Add corn kernels, mix and cover the pan. Let it cook on low to medium flame for 10-15 minutes or until corn kernels are well cooked. Meanwhile stir it occasionally to prevent from sticking to the bottom of the pan. If it is too thick, add water as per the desired consistency. Do not add too much, add little water at a time.
Once corn kernels are cooked, add cashew paste, Kasoori methi and mix well. Taste and add salt if needed. Cook further for 5 minutes, Add lime juice and take into serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves, Fresh cream and lemon slices. Serve hot with Paratha, Roti or Naan.
